Nicholas Davis, Certified General Appraiser
Nick was born and raised in Salinas, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2005. He received his Real Estate Appraiser Trainee license from the State of California in 2007, and his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in 2014. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, after obtaining his MAI designation in 2021. He also has a Real Estate Salesperson license with the State of California and is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors.
Nick has received extensive training from Tony throughout his tenure. This has allowed him to gain valuable experience and knowledge regarding complex properties, real estate markets and valuation processes. His attention to detail and devotion to provide the highest level of service is apparent in his work. He willingly takes the extra time to produce quality real estate products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Nick lives in Salinas with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys attending his son’s sporting events, exercising, fishing and snowboarding.
